The Bernardi Media Referral Programme is my way of rewarding the people who make those introductions. If you connect me with someone who becomes a website client, I believe it is only fair that you benefit too.
The client gets the website they need, Bernardi Media gains a new client, and you receive a meaningful referral commission.
06 / THE DETAILS
A few straightforward points so everyone knows where they stand.
The referred person or business must be a new lead who is not already actively discussing a project with Bernardi Media. Existing Bernardi Media clients do not automatically qualify; a genuinely separate new client may.
Introduce the person directly, or identify them to Bernardi Media before or when they first make contact. This helps us confirm who made the introduction.
The referred client must accept a qualifying website proposal, the project must proceed, and Bernardi Media must receive the full qualifying website build fee.
Commission is 10% of the qualifying website build fee actually received by Bernardi Media, including any agreed changes to the build scope. Hosting, maintenance, domains, licences, advertising, recurring services, third-party services and external costs are excluded.
Commission becomes payable after the full qualifying website build fee has been received and cleared. This applies when the client pays in instalments too.
No commission is payable on amounts that are cancelled, unpaid, refunded or written off. A refunded amount no longer qualifies for commission.
Self-referrals do not qualify. There is no limit to the number of genuine new clients you can refer and no predetermined cap on a qualifying commission.
Bernardi Media may amend, suspend or discontinue the programme. Qualifying referrals already formally accepted under the programme will be honoured under the applicable agreed terms.
